We make every effort to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please keep in mind our items are handcrafted, vary in color based on the type of device and browser you are using to visit our website, blog pages and other social media channels. Our items are not mass-produced. Therefore each item will vary and can have some naturally occurring flaws due to the unique character of our products. We make every effort to craft and curate the highest quality goods for our clients and hope you will find joy in them for years to come.
Our resin works are temperature sensitive. For this reason we do not ship any resin art during the summer months. Additionally, the full curing time for poured resin is 30-days. If local to Tampa Bay area, we will arrange for pick-up or delivery, at your convenience.
We allow for a store credit on items returned within 10 days of receipt. Any items returned will be inspected for wear, tear and damage. Returns will be at the purchaser’s expense, should be insured and include tracking. Returns must be received no later than 30 days after the return/refund process has been initiated and confirmed by our staff.

We reserve the right to decline any requested refund. No refunds will be issues after 30 days.
Commissioned work is non-refundable. We require full payment for commissioned work at the time of order. Cancellation within 10 business days for commissioned work will be granted, if the work has not begun for the item on order.
Due to the demand for several of our works, as well as seasonality, our shipping fulfillment can vary. Commissioned works can take from 10-45 days to fulfill, as we prefer to enable the nature of the curing, drying and other quality inspections to be completed to ensure your item(s) meet our rigorous standards.
